CCloseout Development

Website service terms

Clear expectations make better partnerships.

1. Basic informational website

The advertised managed plan begins with a $99.99 USD signup payment. It covers a basic, non-transactional informational brochure website describing the client’s business. Ecommerce, booking, accounts, databases, custom integrations, and other application functions are not included unless added through a separate written scope and price.

2. Required monthly service

The $49.99 USD monthly service is required while the managed website remains active. It includes managed hosting, domain management, routine maintenance, reasonable minor text or image changes, and support. New pages, redesigns, integrations, and substantial feature work are outside minor changes and may require a separate quote.

3. Website and domain control

Closeout Development retains control of the managed website and associated domain during active service, subject to the signed client agreement. Registration details, access rights, permitted use, renewal handling, and client responsibilities will be stated in that agreement.

4. Cancellation and ownership buyout

A client who ends managed service but wants to own and retain the completed website and domain may request a buyout priced at ten times the first payment, subject to an absolute minimum of $5,000 USD. A transfer occurs only after cleared payment, satisfaction of outstanding balances, and a separate signed transfer agreement. Transferable deliverables, domain-transfer steps, timing, client content, and exclusions for third-party software, fonts, stock media, subscriptions, and licensed materials will be listed in that agreement.

5. Billing, recurring authorization, and invoices

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing managed-plan checkout, the client authorizes the $99.99 signup payment and required recurring billing of $49.99 each month until cancellation under the signed agreement. Stripe may issue receipts and recurring invoices by email. Taxes, if applicable, are added according to the final invoice and business tax configuration.

6. Search performance

Technical and on-page SEO setup is included as described in the project scope. Search engines control indexing and rankings; no placement, traffic level, lead volume, or first-page result is guaranteed.

7. Suspension and third-party services

Unpaid accounts or material violations of the signed agreement may result in suspension. Stripe, DocuSign, domain registries, hosting systems, analytics providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and availability.

8. Final agreement

Refund rules, cancellation notice, liability limits, warranties, intellectual-property ownership, acceptable use, privacy obligations, governing law, and dispute procedures will be set out in the signed agreement issued by the operating corporation.
