Information collected

When you request a phone consultation, we collect the name, email, phone number, business name, requested time, and project details you submit. If you become a client, we may also keep agreements, build sheets, domain details, billing references, project files, service history, and other information needed to provide the service. Basic technical data may be processed by the hosting platform to operate and protect the site.

How information is used

We use submitted information to schedule and conduct consultations, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide services, prevent abuse, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Stripe, DocuSign, and service providers

Checkout and recurring billing are provided by Stripe. Payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe’s hosted checkout and are not stored by this website. Electronic agreements may be sent through DocuSign. Hosting, domain, email, analytics, and storage providers may process information as needed to supply their services, under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Consultation records, client records, signed agreements, and project files are retained as reasonably needed for scheduling, client service, business records, contract enforcement, security, backups, and legal compliance. The manager area is access-restricted and private files are served through authenticated downloads. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. The final business email and telephone number will be the contact points for privacy requests before the public launch.

United States and Canada

The service is marketed in English to businesses in the United States and Canada. Privacy rights may vary by province, state, or country. Required location-specific disclosures will be added after the operating corporation and registration location are confirmed.
